We process meats under both Custom and USDA Inspection.

Customers can bring their own livestock to us for processing under Custom or USDA or livestock can be purchased from us.   

​

We cure, smoke and process ALL meats right here for ourselves and all of our customers.  Not sure who your meat is processed by?  You can find the Establishment number on the USDA mark of inspection on all meat that is sold retail/wholesale.

We also have a Retail store front where customers can stop in and purchase a wide selection of frozen cuts of meats/sausages, etc., along with weekly Deli features.
